What is the difference between TROLL and Hate speech? 

An Internet troll is a member of an online social community who intentionally tries to disturb assault, hurt somebody's feelings or generally cause trouble on social networks by posting certain remarks, pictures, videos, or some other form of online content. (Moreau, 2019)

A certain typology has been identified for different types of trolls populating the online world;

 

Insult Trolls: who insult other netizens without any provocation, the persistent debate trolls, who love a good argument, the grammar and spell check trolls, trolls who take humorous content and turn it into an argument play the victim, blabbermouth trolls who share their opinions in extreme detail.

Profanity trolls: who spew hatred in all caps, trolls who use only one letter or one word while replying which can become a nuisance when serious discussion is happening online.

Exaggeration trolls : don’t know much but still want to contribute but can’t add anything of value, trolls who post something off-topic in social network discussions and the greedy spammers are trolls who post follow-me posts on your social media accounts.
